Extent of Support
We only provide support for our themes, though we will attempt to give assistance to minor non-theme related issues when possible. Due to the sheer number of options and the number of third-party contributions available to Drupal, we can't provide assistance with extensive modifications or general site development. Theme technical support and bug fixes will take priority over non-theme related requests and may result in a slightly longer response time.
Our support hours are between 9AM and 5PM EST Monday to Friday. Reponse time may vary on the volume of support we're presently handling, but in general most requests will be addressed by the following business day at the latest. We make the effort to provide assistance on weekends and non-business hours when possible.
If you find a bug in one of our themes, please contact us via our support forum or e-mail. We're committed to eliminating all the bugs as quickly as possible.
