I can't access the modules with that user account (it doesn't appear to have admin permissions), but it looks to me like the wrong version of the module might be installed. Can you confirm that it's version 1.x and not 2.x?

The curious thing, is that I'm using the exact same code base for summerdaymarket.com - with no issues?

I've had this problem before myself, and to be honest - I never solved it. The only way I can duplicate it is to install version 1.x of Views Carousel first, and then upgrade to version 2.x (at which point it will stop working). Occasionally if you install Views Carousel 2.x right from the get go, it WILL work - and sometimes it won't. I think this must be a bug of some sort, I've been meaning to look at it further but just haven't gotten a chance to sort through the open issues at Drupal (it'll likely be something obvious I'm just being stupid about). Changing back to Views Carousel 1.x should bring it back for the time being, however.

I updated viewscarousel to 1--0-RC1 and now all site that leverage this module are working OK - thus far :)

I ran the update.php script and then they worked. Clearing cache may have had same effect?
