I'm loving the deepsea theme!
It looks great and has tons of regions for everything I want to include.
We have an issue that the top menu appears at the top of the page in IE but it appears correctly in the menu bar in Chrome and FF.

User error.
I had another block in the same location that I had forgotten about.
Moving it made it look correct.
