Stingray blocks WYSIWYG editor in IE
After much hair pulling, bashing my head on my desk, and developing what may be Turrets, I've come to the conclusion Stingray is somehow blocking CKEditor (setup using WYSIWYG) from being displayed to at least some users of Internet Explorer.

Doesn't really sound like the M.O. of a theme problem if some people can see it and some can't, unless it's a specific version of IE that's causing problems - have you tried to duplicate it in Garland/Bartik? Send me the info and I'll pop on and look in the various IEs

And, as is typical, your sage advice rings true. As it turns out, "compatibility view" was the culprit here. Keep that one in mind anytime anyone complains about IE.
