Hey - they actually look like they're there on my end. Is there nothing at all when you go to My Account and click on the 'Files' tab? Can you confirm that you're seeing the Files tab on your account page?

Found the Files tab but there's nothing to download.

Seems to be an occasional hiccup with the recurring payments that happens 1 out 10 times or so that prevents the order status from being updated properly/delayed. Thought it was resolved but I'll have to look at it again.

Hi- you should be able to download the files now. Sorry for the delay/inconvenience. Very strange, the original problem mentioned in this thread is fixed and that hasn't happened in ages.

Same thing for me, I see the files tab but no themes.

The themes have been added to your account now. Sort of mysterious as to why that's occasionally happening again, I fixed it ages ago. PayPal must have changed something on their end.

I also just signed up but can't access anything under the files section (Except another theme that I previously paid for.)

1) Coupon '15OFF' was applied in my shopping cart, but I was still billed $99 by PayPal.

2) I have no downloads available under 'Files' tab.
