This may be something I am doing and not a problem with the theme, but in my circumstance I do not want to use the sites/all directory (multiple site drupal installation and deepsea should only be available for 1 site) so I have replaced all instances of sites/all that I could find with sites/<>

I have an issue in that in IE my site is not fixed width and appears to be fluid.

In Chrome and FF it is fixed width.

I removed the theme from sites/[sitename]/themes and uploaded a clean version in sites/all/themes and I'm still having the issue of IE not being fixed width

Hi,

This might have something to do with IE limitations on the number of CSS files it can import, if you've got a few extra modules installed. Try navigating to Administer > Site Configuration > Performance, scrolling down to the bottom and choosing to optimize the CSS files. If that doesn't work let me know, I might have to look at the site.
