I actually don't see the theme installed on that domain at the moment - what wasn't working following the setup?

can you please explain that the slide show does not work as soon as it is published on server, it just open on 1 system rest its not working.

http://newportal.mu.edu.sa/maj/ this is the link check it wont be working on your system as well, its not been customized even with the content.

The problem with that posted link is that there's no images attached to the nodes that the slideshow is using. You'll have to edit the content and add images, and I think it should work after that.
