Edit the Slideshow View, go to Format | Slideshow settings.

Scroll all the way down to Bottom Widgets and check boxes for:
Pager
Pager Image (Fields: field_image)
Activate Slide and Pause on Pager Hover

I had the same problem, i think this wasn't configured on the imported view.

These were checked initially - it was created on the dev version and seems to uncheck them when imported using the alpha (and sometimes doesn't!). I've beginning to recommend everyone uses the dev version of Views Slideshow, so I'll re-export again when it gets to beta.

Thanks, these boxes are unchecked, however when I enable them and then save the view, it does not save my changes. Any suggestions?

Are you using the dev version or the alpha? Try switching the dev if it's the alpha. I may actually have to look at it, seems a bit odd.

When I switch to the dev version, those boxes are checked, but the images are still not working. See www.consumer-drug-report.com

Looking at the site, right now I'd guess it's a path or permissions issue. The pager is being output, but the images aren't being located.
