Hi there, I have had to place this request here as I cannot find a Great White Forum section in the support area, maybe you have you to create one?
I was wondering how easy it would be to replace the background image in the "Great White" theme with the image if StingRay?
I like the black background of the StingRay with the coloured rainbow, but the with the layout of the Great White... Also is it possible, since I already have String Ray installed with content created, to copy the theme from Great White to my Themes folder of the StringRay installation and will i work correctly? I havent installed it as yet to try, but I suspect it wont as the MSQL database will have a different structure but if its easy to do would be good to have an idea how to do this.....

It wouldn't be too difficult to replace the images, a simple swap and possibly some alterations to text color in the headers (since the stingray background is much darker than the default backgrounds in Great White).
You could actually switch over to using Great White on the site instead of Stingray, and I believe it should work correct - you'd just need to rearrange the blocks into their appropriate regions again, and it's possible some of the functions in the template.php would have to change to get the DDblock up and working. You could test it out by simply enabling the Great White theme for the admin account, that way guests wouldn't see it but you could play around and see what works instantly and what doesn't. If you did choose to switch over this would be the way to go - get it all setup behind the scenes and then switch it over for all users once you have it the way you want it.
