In Galapagos2, I am having problems getting the DD block to display whenever I am not signed in. Once signed in, the page displays everything properly, otherwise it omits the DDblock entirely and the page does not display as intended (such as search box does not appear). Any ideas?

I think it must be a permissions issue - I'm guessing you've checked the User Permissions for the module itself, and in the DDblock's configuration settings - but do you have CCK's Content Permissions module enabled? This is the most common permissions problem and it's easy to overlook. You can either disable the module entirely, or adjust it's permissions in the usual way at Administer > Users > Permissions.
If that doesn't do it, I might have to take a look at the site.

Thanks. I forgot about the permissions and they were screwed up.
